The customer can call Customer Service number to indicate the problem. Customer service will take enough information to clearly understand the problem.
When the Customer Services understands customer issues, the Action & Service Manager + Service Supervisor will call The Service Engineer to take action.
The Service Engineer will go to the customer's place to perform the service provided that the customer's problem is resolved until both parties are satisfied.
